Integration training programme for third-country workers
The programme focuses on understanding and adapting to local culture, history, social customs, and labour expectations in order to help third-country workers integrate effectively into their new environment.
Objectives:
Provide a comprehensive cultural introduction for foreign workers about Hungary, providing information about the country’s history, culture, customs and traditions, working practices, expectations, working hours, and working environment. Help workers integrate effectively in Hungary and understand cultural differences.

Cultural Events and Social Activities
Implementation
Online, closed system E-learning platform.
The teaching material is divided into modules and lessons, with a knowledge assessment test per module.
A final test is provided at the end of the whole course.
Those who successfully complete the course receive a certificate.
